• Zaapi shall implement adequate security measures to protect the personal data of each user of Zaapi in its possession, and shall retain such personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes specified in this section and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Such personal data must also be deleted or returned to Zaapi upon request from Zaapi or as soon as reasonably practicable upon completion of the transaction; 
• Zaapi's Personal Data Protection Officer at care@zaapi.com must be notified in case there are reasonable grounds to suspect a personal data breach or loss of the user's personal data.

9. Children's Information

This service is not intended for children under the age of 13.  We do not knowingly collect or retain any personal or non-personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 or make any part of our Platform or other services available to children under the age of 13. 11.1 We do not guarantee that personal data and/or other information you provide to third-party platforms will be secure. We implement various security measures to secure your personal information that is in our possession or control. User personal information is stored on a secure network and can only be accessed by a limited number of employees. If you do not have an account with us, you may access and/or correct your personal data that is currently in our possession or control by submitting a written request to us. All in all. Please remember that the Personal Data Protection Laws may exempt certain types of personal data from correction requests, as well as specify when correction is required from us in (various circumstances).
