Once the time threshold you set (from as short as 1 minute to up to 120 minutes) passes, the chatbot will take over and respond on your behalf. The chatbot’s responses are based on the knowledge base your store has uploaded, ensuring that answers are relevant, accurate, and immediate.
Chats answered by the AI will appear in the Assign to AI tab, so your team can easily track which conversations the AI has handled. If the chatbot encounters a question it cannot answer, it will transfer the conversation to the AI Failed Reply tab for your team to follow up on.
Personalized Welcome Messages
Zaapi’s AI chatbot also enables automatic Welcome Messages to greet customers as soon as they reach out via any of your store’s communication channels. These messages can be customized with text, images, or even videos, making it easy to highlight promotions or create a positive first impression with new customers.
Out-of-Hours Auto-Replies
Maintain great customer service even when you’re offline with Out-of-Hours Auto-Reply. Merchants can set specific hours for automatic replies when the business is closed, letting customers know when they can expect a response. Customize the message to include your operating hours, helping manage customer expectations and improving overall service quality.
End-of-Chat Thank You Messages
For chats that have been successfully resolved, the AI chatbot can send an automatic Thank You Message once the conversation is closed. Whether it’s an order completion or a solved issue, this final message helps to wrap up the customer interaction and leaves them with a positive impression of your service.
